PSS is proud to present the release of the Allen Laser Engraver/Cutter LE series designed for use in the monument, glass, stone and signage industries.  This Laser combines our field proven 32-bit Intel RISC 8096I processor and DIGITAL SERVO control system with a 30 to 100 watt, 10.6µm wavelength, Class IV air-cooled laser cutting head.  The cantilever design eliminates any "Z" axis problems and provides for minimum floor space and easy loading of large objects.

This system features an adjustable dot size down to .003", adjustable resolution of 150, 200, and 300 DPI, exclusive cut speed optimization for faster production, and multiple job capability.  A remote joystick is provided for job queuing and precise positioning of the laser head prior to engraving or cutting.

Allen's on-board image processor directly converts most image file formats into stunning laser-etched graphics using a wide variety of materials including granite, marble, glass, wood, slate, tiles, bricks, etc..  This machine is capable of operating in either raster scan mode for stunning digital photos or vector mode for cutting.

The Allen LE series laser system is available in four different sizes, 48"x48", 48"x60", 48"x96", and 48"x144".

The LE's exclusive cut speed optimization algorithm greatly speeds up engraving time by eliminating unnecessary scanning of the laser head in areas of the job not requiring engraving.  Most engraved images are completed in approximately 25% of the time required by non-optimized engravers.

You can convert most image file formats from Corel Draw and Photoshop into stunning laser-etched graphics.  Materials include: marble, slate & granite for monuments, pet markers, custom table and counter tops. - Glass for custom doors, windows, cabinets and awards. - Wood for awards, trophies, and custom gifts. - Tiles & Bricks for fund raisers, awards, trophy, custom kitchens, etc.. - Foam and plastic for signs and letters or logos.
